1. Photo Specifications

• Dimensions: 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height)
• File Size: 20 KB to 50 KB (JPEG format)
• Background: Plain white background is mandatory. Backgrounds with dark colors, outdoor scenery, or patterns will lead to automatic rejection.
• Face Coverage: Face must occupy at least 70% of the photograph. Both ears must be clearly visible, eyes open, looking straight. No hats, caps, or goggles allowed.

2. Signature Specifications

• Dimensions: Rectangular layout box.
• File Size: 10 KB to 20 KB (JPEG format)
• Guidelines: The candidate must sign on a white sheet using a black ink pen. Do not sign in CAPITAL letters. Signatures in blue ink or pencil are rejected.
